The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded (i.e. when you confirm your purchase).

It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires. Upon receipt of your withdrawal, we will send you an acknowledgement without delay.

Pursuant to § 356 Abs. 5 BGB and Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the 14-day period for contracts for the supply of digital content (not on a tangible medium) if:

• the Provider has begun performance of the contract, and
• the consumer has expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the withdrawal period expires, and
• the consumer has acknowledged that their right of withdrawal will be lost once performance has begun.

When you purchase a processing job on Vendobyte, you tick the consent box and click "Order with obligation to pay" at checkout. By doing so you provide this express consent and acknowledge that processing will begin immediately. As a result, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of processing.

If a processing job fails due to a technical error on our side, you remain entitled to a refund as described in our Terms of Service (§ 9).

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction (PayPal), unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.
